Not long after WWII, the St. Jude’s Medical Institute was built with the goal to help all people. It closed at the turn of the millennium. Now, it’s time for a change. And not just for the town either...

Mrs. Elena Sullivan can’t complain about the life she’s had; she studied at Oxbridge with her then soon-to-be husband Emmett, she was raised by a wealthy and loving family, and she works at the prestigious Desmond School for Creative Arts in Valeland. But after a horrific accident that leaves Elena a widow, she begins to think about her future and what to do with her life now that she has nothing...

Quickly realising that she won’t be happy in her hometown, Elena moves to Castlehead to begin a new chapter. Soon after arriving, she stumbles across St. Jude’s - an old medical institute that’s being refurbished into a luxury hotel. She becomes immersed in the institute’s history - as well as the town’s - and she begins to find out that dark secrets lie beneath Castlehead’s surface...
